Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day. A good breakfast replenishes the body and gives the energy to prepare for the day ahead. Yet, many people avoid breakfast or eat very little breakfast than the body requires. Skipping breakfast can lead to a lack of focus in work and dizziness. Here are 3 things that everyone should include in their breakfast plate.


Good carbohydrates and fiber-rich food
Carbohydrates provide energy to your body to perform activities, a breakfast plate must have good complex carbs and fiber-rich food to start your day with energy. Some meals rich in carbs are:- Oats, fruits, vegetables, bread, dry fruits.

Protein-rich food
Proteins are the building block of the body, which helps in the recovery and growth of the muscles. Eating a lot of carbs can lead you to become fat, a good meal should always contain the right amounts of protein. For example:- all dairy products eggs, omelet, milk, peanut butter should be included in the breakfast.


Balance of different nutrients
You mustn't depend only on one type of food, for a healthy diet, your plate should contain a balance of different nutrients from different groups. A healthy breakfast contains balanced carbs, protein, and all the essential vitamins and minerals. For example:- vegetables, dairy (milk), grains, fruits.

Lastly, avoid salts and added sugar, saturated fats on your plate. Also, it is important to have sufficient water intake during the day to stay hydrated.
